Deep Dive

We’ll kick things off with a Deep Dive Call, where I’ll ask you a series of questions about your brand, offer, target audience, marketing strategy, and more. 

 

This will help me fully understand your business and brand.

Brand Profile

Before I start writing the copy, I’ll create your brand profile and complete it with my own market, competitor & voice of customer research.

 

Here, I may also ask you to provide me with any customer interviews, testimonials, or research you’ve done yourself.

Copy Structure

Before I start writing copy, I’ll create the structure for each page of your website or email campaign.

I’ll specify each section to include and its purpose, so you know exactly what it’ll talk about and why it’s there.

Initial Draft

This is where I’ll start writing the first draft of your copy. If we're writing multiple copy assets, I'll tackle them one by one.

I usually start by freewriting whatever I want to say and then refining every sentence, headline, and subheadline.

Editing & Refining

This is where the magic happens. I’ll edit and refine the copy to make sure:

 

  • it's catchy, persuasive, and aligned with your brand voice

  • it conveys the right message in a simple way,

  • it's error-free.

Final Delivery

I’ll perform one last review before I send you the final version of the copy. After I deliver, you’ll be able to ask for a revision (or a couple), and I’ll make the edits you requested.
