Refunds & Cancellations Policy
If you're planning on becoming my client, you might want to get familiar with my policy on refunds and cancellations. So, here it is.
Payment:

The total cost of the content writing or copywriting services provided to The Client will be determined in accordance with The Client’s needs and requirements.
By hiring me to perform copywriting or content writing, The Client will be asked to pay 100% of the invoice upfront for services of less than USD 500.
For services of more than USD 500, The Client will be asked to pay 50% of the agreed amount before the start of the project and 50% upon delivery.
The most convenient payment method and currency (USD, PLN, or EUR) for both parties will be agreed upon directly with The Client.
Refunds:
Due to the type of services received, all invoices paid are non-refundable.

Late Payments:

If The Client fails to make a payment by the date due, The Client understands that their work with me will cease until payment is made in full.
This means that I’ll withhold from delivery until payment is made. If payment is not made within 30 days, I reserve the right to terminate all copywriting and content writing services, but the remaining balance will be accelerated and still due.
If The Client has not paid an invoice within a 60-day timeframe, I reserve the right to refer collection of the unpaid amount and balance due forth to an attorney or collections agency.
